WE MAKE YOUR LIFE EASIER

MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS

Minneapolis HVAC Maintenance Program – We make your life easier!

We will answer that with a question – you change oil on your vehicle, don’t you? Of course you do, so treat your HVAC/R units the same way! Also, our techs often spot a potential issue before it becomes a major issue much as the lube techs do with your car.

Our preventative HVAC maintenance program keeps your HVAC/R units running at their peak performance. We make your life easier with our scheduled maintenance, as we follow your time frame for our periodic checkups, from weekly to annually. Belts, filters, cleaners and lubricants are brought to your site, rather than you having to procure these items. We schedule the maintenance, rather than you having to remember to do it or fit into your busy schedule.

Our comprehensive 30-point maintenance program offers three service levels tailored to fit your needs. Contact us today to find the perfect option for you!

SILVER SERVICE
(PLAN 3)

Along with our 30 point preventative maintenance, labor to repair deficiencies discovered during the maintenance will be billed at our discounted labor rates (during regular business hours). Replacement parts also receive a 10% discount.

GOLD SERVICE
(PLAN 2)

In addition to the inclusions of the Silver plan, labor is no additional cost (during regular business hours).

PLATINUM SERVICE
(PLAN 1)

In addition to the inclusions of the Silver and Gold plan, many parts are no additional cost (please contact our service agreement sales specialist for details).
