Not only do we service and install refrigeration equipment, we ALSO service heating, air conditioning and ventilation equipment. Because of this, you only need one company to call, instead of having separate vendors for refrigeration and HVAC.


  • SCHEDULED (so you don’t have to remember) preventative maintenance agreements that are flexible and can be tailored to your needs.
  • Same day service (within reason). The majority of our service calls have a tech on site within 2-3 hours.
  • Full-time purchasing and delivery personnel, which allow our techs to concentrate on your equipment, instead of burning up time sourcing and picking parts needed.
  • Experience. Four of our employees have over 20 years in this industry, and 15 have over 10 years within the industry. Overall, our techs average 11 years of experience.
  • The ability to control hourly rate billing by virtue of the time you call. If we receive your request for service before 4:00 p.m. (except holidays) on weekdays, you are charged regular time for the service call. Many of our competitors bill you overtime based on when the technician goes on overtime. Your hourly rate is based on when you call, not when the tech started that morning.
  • Stability and longevity. Quality has been in business since 1975. To stay in business this long, we have serviced and SATISFIED thousands of customer. Many of our customers have been with us over 10 years and some have been with us over 30 years.
